According to his death certificate he is Johannes McMillan Nigrini who died at the age of 12 years and six months on the 7th June 1905.
They have his second name incorrect as McMillan. Should be Maximillian.

Cornelia Getyruida Nigrini born Germishuys Death Certificate would make birth date 1867. + 08/11/1940.
Buried at Ratelrivier. Signature on Death Certificate is that of Percy (Pat) Fletcher, Bachelor and farm manager after death of Alfred Stephen Fry in 1939.
She is the mother of the young Johannes Maximillian Nigrini 1892 - 1908.
According to the Death Certificate, she was still married so the husband must have died at a later date.
