Dame Street 2. Dame Street leads from Christ Church Cathedral, past the Castle, to Trinity College, and is a major thoroughfare. John DANIEL (father of Peter Clarke and Sampson DANIEL) had his jeweller's shop in Dame Street at the time of his marriage to Elizabeth CLARKE in 1776.
