St.John's Church, Princes Street. The church was dedicated as St John's Chapel on Maundy Thursday 1818 with construction having begun in 1816. It would therefore have been under construction when Thomas PRINGLE married Margaret BROWN in 1817 in the adjacent St.Cuthbert's Church.
